Advatages of developing a GUI Application using C# rather than VC++ .NET

Hi, I'am facing a problem regarding selection of language, VC++ .NET or C#. The project in hand is a Windows based GUI heavy application to be developed on the .NET Framework. Business logic invloved is hardly anything. From a developer point of view could any body please suggest which is a better language of the 2, VC++ or C# to b the choice here. I kindly request to justify your stand. Thank you, Astha
