2003 AddIn

Question

 
created an visual studion 2003 AddIn and it is working fine. But when i deployed the same in visual studio 2002 i am getting some errors like method not exists (I am using xsl transform method which is having xmlurlresolver, that is not there in 2002).

 

I am in confusion since i complied my code in 1.1 framework it should target to 1.1 instead of 1.0?

 

One more thing how can i load an assembly to the application domain?
