Add Bulk users using C#

Question

Dear,
I'm working on project that add users and groups, OU to Windows AD
i mange to do it using Visual studio 2005 C# but user per user
my point is what must i use to do it as bulk users .
using csv file to browse it and add all the users in it to the AD
