activating datagrid buttons

hi, i have a datagrid for which i would like to delete users with the buttons you can add into from the property builder. i already have a button which deletes the user but i like a button for each row in the datagrid which will do the same thing when i double click the button on the datagrid in the webform gui, i enter the same code but nothing any ideas? many thanks
